One or more 3×3 metre stands can be rented by companies or private individuals by using Online registration below.

Prizes shown excl. VAT as we primarily target exhibitors with CVR no. Private individuals can participate, but remember prices are + 25% VAT.

Binding agreement for participation in the market or inclusion on the waiting list shall be deemed to have been concluded when the stall holder has completed and submitted the registration form via the website and a mutual 14-day objection period has expired.

• The minimum purchase for a stand is 3×3 metres, multiple stands can be rented and if you have a different setup, contact us and we'll sort it out.
• Frederiksværk Handel reserves the right to cancel the event and will in that case refund the amount paid 100%
• An email containing payment details will be sent out at the beginning of June. The rent must be paid by 20 June 2026 and can be paid via Mobilepay or bank transfer.

Right of cancellation:

• The registration is a binding agreement with the cancellation options below.
• Cancellation 30 days before the market will not be charged.
• If you cancel later, the full rental fee is due. Please note that the deadlines also apply to registrations made just before the fair.

The contracts entitles the exhibitor to sell and exhibit according to the price categories shown on the page. Stand prices only include the space, The stall holder is responsible for the following: Pavilion, goods, tables, tablecloth, packing and unpacking etc.

• • Setting up workshops or demonstrations can only be done in consultation with the organiser well in advance of the market, but it is very welcome and we are happy to put extra focus on active stands.

• • Stands may not be rented out or otherwise passed on to third parties. It is expected that the person registering, or their employees, are also the person(s) on the stand during the market.

• • The laws of the country must be complied with, and the exhibitor is responsible for knowledge of and compliance with these laws.

• • Packaging and waste must be taken home, unfortunately we do not have containers for this*.

The area is not cordoned off** and we encourage you to pack everything by the end of the day. It is possible that we will have guards in the area, but as we expect stands spread throughout the city, they will not be able to cover everything.

The responsibility for the stallholder's goods and exhibited items rests with the stallholder during the entire market, both during and outside opening hours. Exhibitors are responsible for their own professional liability insurance.

Timeline:

• Stallholders are expected to be at the market throughout the market opening hours.
• Friday 10 July, 7.00–9.45: Setting up the stall.
  10am to 6pm the market is open.
• Saturday: 11 July 7.30am - 9.45am Stadium set-up.
  10.00 - 16.00 the market is open.

The market is advertised as open to the public 10.00 - 18.00 on Friday and 10.00 - 16.00 on Saturday.
