Lots of flea stalls

Head to a car boot sale and hunt for hidden treasures – here you can find unique items with history, charm and character that you won’t find in shops. Or book a stall and join in – it’s a lovely way to have a clear-out and earn a bit of extra cash.

Atmosphere

Enjoy the lovely atmosphere at the market, treat yourself to some freshly baked cake and a cup of hot coffee, whilst soaking up the summer atmosphere. It’s the little moments that make market days so special.

Fun for kids

Take the children to the market – here they can have their own stall and learn about the circular economy and recycling, or simply pop in as visitors. 

Wednesday 15 July, 11.00 am: The Great Magic Nerd performs magic for all the children.

 

Flea info

Stand rental 2026:

  • A stall measuring approx. 3 x 3 metres for just DKK 100 per session. The fee goes towards the day’s entertainment. Pay via MobilePay to the number 95740 (Frederiksværk Handel Sommer) when registering.
  • FREE children's stands (2×2 metres) can be booked from time to time below by children/young people under 18 years (Parent must book).

Info/rules:

  • Drive into the pedestrianised street from 8.00 and all the way down to Krudtværkstorvet.
  • Space is allocated on arrival, but it is generally first come, first served.
  • Only selling second-hand goods, knick-knacks and home-made items.
  • Set up from 8.00am
  • Open 10.00 – 16.00 (You are very welcome to stay until 17.30, when the shop closes)
  • Everything must be removed when we close for the day (rubbish is taken home).
  • Registration is binding. Stallholders must be present throughout the opening hours – we do not cancel due to the weather unless there is a severe storm. Payment will only be refunded if we cancel before 10.00 on the day.
